And What a Great Deal..  Custom Logos are Only $2.00 per item for up to 3 colors at No Extra Charge & the same for Vinyl Lettering - Only $2.00 per line! Ordering Instructions:

1. Select the OK-1® Vests of your choice and Add to your shopping cart.  Initial orders per Logo require a minimum order of 10 vests or more.
   
   
2. At "Step 4" at Checkout in the comment field, enter up to three color choices.  Color 1_____, Color 2_____, Color 3_____.
   
   
3. An initial setup fee of $50.00 will be charged for orders less than 50 vests.  The $50.00 setup fee will be waived for All orders of 50 vests or more & for All future orders of the same Logo.
   
   
4. Please send your artwork in a .jpg format  (No other formats are accepted) to:  info@themanstoreonline.com. Please do not fax.
   
   
5. Include a Detailed Description of what you want on your vest and where (i.e. size of logo or phrase, font size, placement on your vest, etc.).
   
   
6. Please Allow 2-4 weeks delivery time pending workload & order size.
