I bought the jacket online after transferring to a traffic unit where I
work on the highway from a bicycle unit where I had a similar Bauer
jacket the department paid around $350.00. I have to say that I like
this jacket better than the Bauer. It is basically the same thing for
about 1/6 the price. I put department patches on it and no one even
noticed.

I will put it plain and simple. It is just as comfortable as my EXOFIT,
costs less, and is significantly lighter.
When
you have to carry 60lbs of gear up a 1000' tower, every pound counts.
The padding is great, and the unique construction of the leg straps
keeps the seat under your butt and not riding up on your back like many
other harnesses. Easy to rig up tool pouches, and if you follow the
sizing chart, it fits very well.
Love it, will buy more from the Man Store as needed.
