How do I return or exchange an item?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. To return or exchange an item, please email us at email@example.com. We will then issue you an RMA #. To receive your RMA# please include a copy of your receipt with your order number, along with a note stating the reason for the return or the item you'd like to exchange it for, in your email. Please reference the RMA # with your return. Please ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking. We recommend including insurance on the package, but it is not required. The Man Store is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Once we've received the item, credit in the original form of payment will be issued for the full price of the product(s) minus a 25% restocking fee, or your exchanged product of choice will be delivered. You will receive notification by email of your refund/exchange. The estimated time for processing returns is 24- 72 hours.
Custom-made products & other items listed below are NOT returnable or refundable.
All products must be in new condition with the original packaging to receive credit. Clothing of any type must be in new condition with original tags, for a credit to be issued. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Shipments without authorizations may not be credited to your account. Shipments refused from UPS also will mean you will be subject to both original & return shipping costs and handling costs. Please note that in addition to custom-made products, we do not accept returns on Fall Protection, Respiratory Products, Chemical or Bio-hazard Clothing nor Gloves. This is our policy to ensure the integrity of our personal safety products and ensure they are "tamper-free". We hope you can both understand and respect our reasoning. Original and return shipping fees are not refundable. Incorrect and/or unauthorized chargebacks to your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and/or insufficient funds for electronic checks, for merchandise that you have ordered will be subject to an administrative fee of $25.00. You (our customer) are solely responsible for disputing any and all issues with your credit card company. All sales are final after 20 days of purchase date unless any unique courses or actions were agreed upon between The Man Store Online and our Customer.
